Processes and Workitems
T-Plan RAP uses two entities for doing work - a Process and a Workitem.
A Process is a high level definition of work - which generally will describe some kind of enterprise-specific workflow. This workflow will consist of one or more steps including logic steps, workitems and possibly sub-processes.
A Workitem is a low level definition of work - which usually consists of one or more steps of work automation performed or orchestrated by an Agent.
